3 sets of 25 lat press downs with 1 second hold at the bottom, immediately followed by maximum amount of reps of neutral grip push-ups.
Note: You can use a broomstick and medium tension band to complete the lat press downs. Perform maximum amount of neutral grip push ups, this means reps until you can’t physically perform anymore with good form. However, I want you to do at least a minimum of 10 reps. Rest 90 seconds between sets.
