This is a 4 day a week online program that can be done at home or in a conventional gym designed to burn fat, gain muscle and tone your body. The approach is weight training with high intensity workouts. There will be tons of time under tension, high repetitions and you will end each session with a short and sweet but effective high intensity workout. The goal is that you also get stronger so as you get stronger, I want you to challenge yourself and go heavier in weight if you can and feel confident doing so. You can choose which 4 days out of the week you want to work out and what days you want to rest.
For the at home version of the program you will need a jump rope, 3 pairs of dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy), and a set of resistance bands.
