And then again for a fourth and last time…

Note: You will set your clock to 2 minutes and perform 50 jump rope reps, immediately upon completing the 50 reps you will grab the dumbbells and perform as many front squats as you can until the 2 minutes run out. Then you’ll rest 1 minute and repeat again for 2 minutes. Then rest for one minute, and then repeat again for 2 minutes for a third time, then rest 1 minute and repeat again for a fourth time. With such short time on the clock of you actually working out, the goal is that you go all out in those 2 minutes and go as fast as you can with both movements taking NO rest in those 2 minutes. You have built in rest, so give it your all each set! Suggested weight for dumbbells is 10-15 pounds.
