  • HV Week 14 Day 4 Exercise 1 Straddle Squats and Alternating Walking Lunges

    5 sets of
    12 ½ rep into full rep of Straddle Squat immediately followed by 20 alternating walking lunges or lunges in place

    Note: Use a heavy weight on the straddle squats. Keep the alternating lunges at a moderate weight. Rest 90 seconds between sets.

  • HV Week 14 Day 4 Ex 2 Front Rack Overhead Kneel To Stand and Single Leg Deadlift

    3 sets of
    5 reps each side of Front rack/overhead kneel to stand (notice the arm swap on the video) immediately into 12 single leg deadlifts each leg with a 2 second slow count on descend each rep

  • HV Week 14 Day 4 Exercise 3 Bulgarian Split Squat Drop Sets

    3 sets of
    12 reps each leg using a moderate or medium weight, immediately drop the weight and perform 12 reps each leg at bodyweight.

    Note: Rest 2 minutes between sets.

  • HV Week 14 Day 4 Exercise 4 Conditioning DT

    5 rounds of
    12 Dumbbell Deadlifts
    9 hang power cleans
    6 push jerks

    Note: Use a heavy dumbbell weight today and challenge yourself. Move from one movement to the next and in between rounds with as little rest as possible, stay moving! This is my favorite workout of all times so enjoy!
