  • HV Week 12 Day 3 exercise 1 Single arm row and seated banded pull down

    4 sets
    12 heavy dumbbell reps of single arm row immediately followed by 30 reps of seated banded arm pull down each arm.

    Note: Use a medium band or a band tension that allows you to complete all 30 reps but feels challenging. Rest 90 seconds between sets.

  • HV WEEK 12 DAY 3 Exercise 2 Floor press and narrow push ups

    4 sets
    20 light reps of dumbbell floor press immediately followed by maximum amount of reps of narrow hand position push-ups.
