Exercise #3 Lateral Raises drop sets
3 sets of (1 set = all 3 weights below)
Max amount of reps with heavy dumbbell
Max amount of reps with medium weight dumbbell
Max amount of reps with light weight dumbbell
Note: Perform as many reps as possible with heavy dumbbell until you can’t successfully perform another rep with good form, put the weight down and immediately pick up medium weight and perform max amount of reps possible with medium weight until you cant successfully complete another rep with good form, put the weight down and immediately pick up the light weight and perform max amount of reps with light weight until you can’t successfully complete another rep with good form. These are back to back as one set. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
