Set 1 12 flat bench medium weight dumbbell chest press, immediately followed by 12 incline bench light and fast barbell chest press.
Set 2 10 flat bench heavy weight dumbbell chest press, immediately followed by 12 incline bench light and fast barbell chest press.
Set 3 10 flat bench heavy weight dumbbell chest press, immediately followed by 12 incline bench light and fast barbell chest press.
Set 4 8 flat bench heavier weight dumbbell chest press, immediately followed by 12 incline bench light and fast barbell chest press.
Note: Increase weight on the dumbbells each set to a heavy set of 8. Keep transition between flat bench and incline bench quick. Barbell reps are fast and light. Rest 90 seconds between sets.
