5 reps each side of Front rack/overhead kneel to stand (notice the arm swap on the video) immediately into 12 single leg deadlifts each leg with a 2 second slow count on descend each rep
Note: Start with a light weight on the front rack/overhead kneel to stand movement. If possible, slightly increase weight, however, this movement it’s all about coordination and functionality and being able to stand from the ground and not so much about strength. Keep the weight light for all sets if you find yourself struggling with it. Go heavy on the single leg deadlifts and hold on to something if you struggle with balance. Rest 90 seconds between sets.
