HEAVY WEIGHT max amount of reps, immediately drop the weight to a MEDIUM WEIGHT and perform max amount of reps, immediately drop the weight to a LIGHT-WEIGHT and perform max amount of reps.
Note: All 3 different weights are back to back so keep transition fast. Tighten up your core when pushing weight up. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
