3 rounds of 1minute Stations
Perform 1 minute of continuous movement for each of these movements below:
1 minute of box jumps
1 minute of ground to overhead
1 minute of jump rope singles or double unders
1 minute of Dumbbell Burpee – suggested weight moderate or medium
Rest 1 minute
Note: You will perform 1 minute of movement, then immediately move onto the next station and perform 1 minute of the next movement and so on. After completing all 4 stations you will rest 1 minute then repeat again. You will do this 3 times or 3 rounds. Pace yourself so you can stay moving for a whole minute on each station.
